Every relationship has rules. A straight married couple may decide that sex outside the relationship is not allowed. A child may be required to call his parents “Mom” and “Dad” instead of by their first names. These are the rules that define O/our relationship and that work for U/us.
my Master gave me some Master/slave contracts that He got off the Internet. i put them in a list of downloadable links (Microsoft Word format) at the bottom of the left sidebar of the blog.
How closely do you follow these protocols on a routine, day-to-day basis? How long did it take to “learn” them or get used to them so that you follow them more or less automatically (assuming that’s the case)?
i live by His protocols every day. At first it was a bit intimidating, but now it’s second nature. Living by His rules is a constant reminder that i gave up my freedom and my rights to serve Him. When i curl up on the floor next to His bed for the night, i feel very content and secure knowing that He is in control.
